Summary
Amends the:
Clean Energy (Income Tax Rates Amendments) Act 2011
to maintain the tax-free threshold and second personal marginal tax rate; and
Clean Energy (Tax Laws Amendments) Act 2011
to maintain the maximum value, withdrawal rate and threshold rate for the low-income tax offset.
